Former Danish Minister of Energy New Member of H2 Logic Board Email this article

Mr Flemming Hansen – Former Minister of Energy in Denmark – joins board of H2 Logic. New board members include Mogens Filtenborg – former COO of Vestas Wind Systems – and Svend Sigaard – former CFO and CEO of Vestas and now new chairman of the board of H2 Logic.

According to the press release from H2 Logic, the company is one of the leading hydrogen and fuel cell companies in Denmark. The new board is to develop and implement a H2 Logic 2012 plan to raise equity to realize goal to become amongst the worlds top three developer and producer of electric and pollution free transport solutions based on hydrogen and fuel cell technology.

Mr Flemming Hansen, Former Minister of Energy and majority shareholder of the shoe company Holst Sko A/S is expected to add value to the company through his international and national network from his time as Minister.

According to the new chairman of the board, Svend Siggard: “The company appears to have a substantial potential in the new structure for non-polluting energy supply in transport. The board therefore sees huge potentials in this type of sustainable energy for transport.” And Mr. Sigaard continues “Transport of goods and others has up till now been based on burning of fossil fuels with exhaust of green house gasses and particles as a consequence.”
